My bouquet was a little late getting to me, which was annoying, but support was really quick to reply. They sorted it out and gave me a refund, so even though it wasn't perfect, the way they handled it were good

I was really looking forward to getting this bouquet, but a bunch of the flowers already looked wilted when it arrived, with brown edges and everything. They didn’t even make it two days, which was disappointing for what I paid. I also got frustrated trying to deal with it because there were just too many steps to figure out what to do next.

My delivery was late again this is getting old. It never seems to show up on time, and whoever runs this really needs to get it together.
